1. The steps it took me to set up my layers were to duplicate my first layer and name it "Line art" and name the duplicated layer "flat layer". From there I used the magic wand tool to select the areas I want to color in and to add color I used the paint brush or paint bucket.

2. As of right I think my project is a 2 based on the on the learning target. I think this because I'm still missing finishing coloring it, adding shadow, and fixing the white lines.
